Real Private Tours Policies

Booking Policy:

  1. Reservation: Reservations for tours with Real Private Tours can be made through our website, by email, or by phone. A valid credit card is required to secure the booking.
  2. Confirmation: Once the reservation is made, clients will receive a confirmation email containing all relevant tour details, including date, time, itinerary, and meeting point.
  3. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, Western Union and bank transfers.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  1. Cancellation by Client: Clients may cancel their booking up to 2 Weeks before the scheduled tour departure time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 2 Weeks before the tour departure time are subject to a cancellation fee.
  2. Cancellation by Real Private Tours: In the rare event that Real Private Tours needs to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather, safety concerns), clients will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be provided.

Tour Policies:

  1. Punctuality: Clients are requested to arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled tour departure time. Real Private Tours reserves the right to start the tour on time and cannot be held responsible for any missed tours due to late arrival.
  2. Tour Itinerary: While every effort is made to adhere to the advertised tour itinerary, Real Private Tours reserves the right to modify the itinerary or substitute attractions/sites due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
  3. Conduct: Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards the tour guide, fellow participants, and any locals encountered during the tour. Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to harassment, intoxication, or vandalism, will not be tolerated, and clients may be asked to leave the tour without refund.
  4. Safety: Real Private Tours prioritizes the safety and well-being of our clients. Clients are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by the tour guide and exercise caution when exploring unfamiliar environments.
  5. Accessibility: Real Private Tours endeavors to make our tours accessible to clients of all abilities. Clients with specific accessibility requirements are encouraged to inform us at the time of booking so that appropriate accommodations can be arranged.

Privacy Policy:

  1. Information Collection: Real Private Tours collects personal information from clients for the purpose of processing bookings and providing tour services. This information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without the client’s consent.
